Online shopping is great for anyone wanting quick service and new products without the need to leave the house, however it does come with risks.
Shoppers have to wait in hope that what they've ordered will look just a good on them as it does on the models online and that the products match the images.
But sometimes, things go wrong. According to the MEN , one Pretty Little Thing customer knows all about this.
Model Bella Worlock couldn't believe her eyes after her new necklace turned up with an awkward typo - she even went as far as to call the error a 'sick Saturday morning joke'.
Alongside an image from the website and one of the product she received, she tweeted: "Ordered this from @OfficialPLT and this turned up instead .. putting 3 Bs on it. This a sick Saturday morning joke or what."
Instead of saying 'Babygirl', Bella's necklace actually read 'Bbbygirl'.
Responding to the Tweet, PrettyLittleThing wrote: "I'm sorry your order arrived like this doll. Please can you drop us a DM with your order number and we'll sort this out for you."
PrettyLittleThing now appears to have removed the necklace from its website, so if you were hoping to bag your own 'Babygirl' necklace, you might have to shop around.
Bella has also confirmed that after complaining to PrettyLittleThing they issued her with an immediate full refund and also allowed her to keep the necklace.
