Pret outlines new rules for customers as it reopens 100 shops

Pret has reopened 101 shops across the UK for delivery and takeaway.

The chain is helping more people get access to freshly made food and has listed the stores open on their website.

However, as branches open their doors Pret has revealed that your local branch may look and feel "a little different" due to social distancing measures.

Pret said: "We’ve now reopened over 100 shops across the UK for takeaway and delivery.

"They look and feel a little different thanks to our new social distancing measures.

"For example, we’ve fitted Perspex screens at our tills and we've added social distancing floor markers."

Adding: "We’re also restarting our daily food donations to even more of our charity partners, and our 50% NHS discount is available until 15th May."

Customers can now order breakfast and lunchtime favourites, sweet treats, and organic coffee online from selected reopened shops.

Those ordering from Pret can use Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats to place orders.

Meanwhile, you can now make Pret coffee in your own home as the chain has released a brand new coffee tange on Amazon.

Bags of Organic Single-Origin from Peru, Organic Classic Blend and Organic Espresso Beans are now available to pre-order.
