Since Veganuary kicked off at the start of the month, there have been plenty of great vegan product releases, but it seems they aren't stopping just yet.
Pret, which brought out it first-ever vegan croissant a few weeks back, has announced that it will be launching new vegan-friendly meals in stores tomorrow (January 21).
However, the new items will only be sold in Veggie Pret shops in London and Manchester.
There will be 19 new recipes added to the menu, 15 of which are vegan - including poké, smoothie and buddha bowls.
There are two poké bowls to choose from; one replaces tuna with sashimi-style watermelon and the other with spicy tofu instead. Each comes with avocado, edamame beans, pickled cabbage, carrot and radish.
For fruit lovers, there are five vegan smoothie bowls to choose from.
Our favourite is the Cocoa, Nuts & Berries Smoothie Bowl - which contains blend of cashews, banana, coconut, cocoa and lemon that's topped with granola, almond butter, raspberries, blueberries and caramelised pecans.
There's also the Raspberry & Coconut Smoothie Bowl with strawberry, banana, coconut and raspberry.
Lastly, the new plant-based buddha bowl has a base of brown rice and kale, mixed with roasted sweet potatoes, smoky carrot ribbons. and chipotle chilli sauce for an added kick.
Each is topped with a dollop of Pret's humous, avocado and a wedge of lemon.
Pret’s Global Head of Food Innovation, Hannah Dolan, said: “This launch is an opportunity for us to establish Veggie Pret’s menu, offering customers something different to what they have seen so far.
“We wanted to put a real focus on creating new vegan dishes, so looked at where we could use vegetables and fruits to deliver flavour, rather than mock meat or fish."

This Veganuary has seen heaps vegan product launches from brands like Asda , Iceland and Greggs.
We've also had some great releases from fast food chains including KFC, which launched its vegan burger into all UK branches at the start of January.
While McDonald's launched their first ever vegan meal on the 2nd January for £3.99.
