Preston vs Liverpool live stream: How can I watch Carabao Cup game on TV in UK today?

Rampant Liverpool make the relatively short trip to Deepdale to play Championship side Preston North End in the Carabao Cup round of 16 tonight.

Having recently beaten bitter rivals Manchester United with a resounding performance in a 5-0 victory at Old Trafford, Jurgen Klopp’s side look imperious at the moment.

While the German hasn’t always given much thought to domestic cups over the last few seasons, it’s genuinely difficult to see how any opposing team can get a result against them, albeit one would expect changes to Sunday’s starting XI.

For their part, Preston are currently lying 19th in the second tier and have won only one of their last six league outings, so head into the fixture as overwhelming underdogs.

Klopp opted to rotate his squad for the 3-0 win away at Norwich City in the third round of the competition, handing debuts to teenagers Kaide Gordon and full-back Conor Bradley. With a trip to Brighton up next in the Premier League before the visit of Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, it seems reasonable to assume the Liverpool manager will take a similar approach on Wednesday.

Where to watch Preston vs Liverpool

TV channel: The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Ultra HD with coverage starting at 7:00pm BST ahead of a 7:45pm kick-off.
