Preston North End's injury list in full ahead of Leeds United visit

Leeds United visit Preston North End on Tuesday night with several notable absences including captain Liam Cooper and Pablo Hernandez.

Alex Neil's team have had injury concerns of their own this season and he has given an update on the latest situation ahead of the Deepdale clash.

Leeds United are not the only team to be without their captain on Tuesday night - the Lilywhites skipper, Tom Clarke, has been out with a knee injury since August and will not be fit in time to face Leeds.

The weekend's game against Reading brought a boost for the Lilywhites however in the shape of the return of both full-backs, Andrew Hughes and Darnell Fisher, coming back from injury and suspension respectively.

In his press conference, Neil admitted that 20-year-old midfielder Tom Bayliss, who was a summer signing from Coventry City, has been carrying an injury and hinted he may play some part against Marcelo Beilsa's men.

He said: "He’s been back in training for a week or so now, he missed the last bounce game so we will be looking to get minutes in to his legs in the next one."

One player who will definitely not feature on Tuesday night is striker Louis Moult who was ruled out for the season with a cruciate ligament injury back in August.
