Presidential trivia time: The Answers

The question is which four US institutions of higher education produced both a US president and a superbowl-winning quarterback?

Answers after the jump.

I'll admit this one was tough. My Guardian America colleagues could only name three of the four. Nevertheless, two readers wrote this morning with the correct answers.

Michael Botti, a graduate student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and James Maylam of Guilford, Surrey, in England, said:

University of Michigan (Gerald Ford and Tom Brady) Stanford (Herbert Hoover and two quarterbacks, John Elway and Jim Plunkett) United States Naval Academy (Jimmy Carter and Roger Staubach)

and finally, the hardest one,

Miami University of Ohio (Benjamin Harrison and Ben Roethlisberger)

Thanks to all who participated.
