Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday called on Russian citizens to speak up and support Ukraine to end the war.
In his nightly video address, Zelenskyy said those who are “silent” in opposing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “evil” were therefore complicit.
“Everyone in the free world must do everything in their power and everything possible so that Russia and those who support the war pay an ever greater price for Russian state terror,” he added.
The president also Kyiv and its partners were working on new sanctions against Russia, without giving further details.
