New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind's farewell ceremony by the MPs of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha held at the Parliament.
Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla Saturday joined a ceremony at Parliament's Central Hall to bid farewell to President Ram Nath Kovind.
"I heartily congratulate Droupadi Murmu for being elected as next President, country will benefit from her guidance," said outgoing President Kovind.
Five years ago, I took oath as President of India here in Central Hall. All MPs have a special place in my heart, said President Kovind.
