A Canberra preschool has closed for the year following a COVID-19 exposure.
The Holy Family Early Learning Centre in Gowrie was exposed to the Delta strain of COVID-19 on Friday, December 3.
ACT Health said 60 close contacts were identified, and they have been required to quarantine for 14 days.
The preschool was closed for the final week of the year, Catholic Education director Ross Fox said.

"A significant number of staff and students were identified as close contacts and were required to quarantine," he said.
"Based on the quarantine period, staffing restrictions and testing requirements, it was decided to keep the centre closed for the final week of the year."
The Holy Family Primary School - which is on the same campus - was unaffected by the COVID-19 exposure, ACT Health said.
An ACT Health spokesperson said the location was not listed on the government's COVID-19 school exposure website because it is an early childhood centre.
"As there was no exposure at the primary school, this was not listed on the ACT school exposure locations list," a spokesperson from ACT Health said.
"All close contacts have been identified and contacted."
Parents were notified of the exposure on Tuesday, December 7 and children had to quarantine for 14 days from Friday, December 3.
No household secondary contacts, such as parents or siblings, have been required to quarantine if they tested negative to COVID.
