Premier League transfer rumours: Arsenal join hunt for defender as Man United dealt major blow

The summer transfer window will soon be upon us and the rumour mill is already in full swing when it comes to the Premier League clubs.

But who could be heading where this summer?

We take a look at the latest Premier League transfer rumours featuring Arsenal, Manchester United and West Ham, among others.

Manchester United have suffered a set-back in their pursuit of Jadon Sancho.

According to the Sun , the England international will reject any approaches from the Old Trafford club and will instead stay at Borussia Dortmund next season.

The Red Devils have been continually linked with a move for the £100m-rated winger, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looking to overhaul the squad this summer.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Leicester City's Harry Maguire.

The defender has been linked with a switch to Manchester United in recent weeks, but according to the Sun , the Gunners are now also in for the England international.

The Foxes are believed to value Maguire at around the £60m mark.

Everton have opened talks with Barcelona in regards to securing Andre Gomes on a permanent deal.

Gomes, who has spent the season on loan at the Toffees from the Spanish giants, has impressed in his 28 appearances for the Blues this season, and has been linked with a host of clubs across Europe in recent weeks.

But according to the Liverpool Echo , the Blues are now in discussions in a bid to secure Gomes' signature.

Meanwhile, West Ham are set to let five players leave the club this summer.

Lucas Perez, Sam Byram, Pedro Obiang, Jordan Hugill and Reece Oxford, according to the Evening Standard , are all surplus to requirements at the London Stadium.

Elsewhere, Joe Hart is attracting the interest of Norwich City and a number of sides from the MLS.

But the former Manchester City goalkeeper is set to receive a host of offers for his services.
