The Premier League trophy will be heading to either Anfield or the Etihad this season, with three games set to decide the fate of the title race.
Manchester City had Vincent Kompany to thank as a dramatic winner from the club captain saw the champions beat Leicester City to retake top spot in the table from Liverpool on Monday night.
Little seemed on when the ball was played to Kompany well outside the box with 20 minutes left to play but the captain took a couple of touches before firing a tremendous strike into the top corner of the net.
That result means Man City will win the title if they match Liverpool's result on the final day of the season - City head to Brighton, while Liverpool host Wolves.
Following Kompany's stunner, Liverpool must hope for an almighty slip-up from City if they are to seal their first title since 1989.
