After a busy midweek of Premier League action, we are straight back into the thick of it with a full round of fixtures in gameweek 27 this weekend.
Manchester United ended Man City’s winning streak with a 2-0 victory at the Etihad on Sunday, but City bounced back on Wednesday night with a 5-2 win over Southampton to go 14 points clear at the top.
Arsenal got the gameweek underway with a Saturday lunchtime trip to Burnley, which ended 1-1. Later, Sheffield United lost to Southampton before Brighton succumbed to a late winner from Leicester.
Sunday’s blockbuster lineup began with a goalless relegation clash between West Brom and Newcastle. Liverpool then lost a sixth-straight home league game as Fulham left Anfield with a 1-0 win before United won the Manchester derby, and Tottenham’s 4-1 London derby win over Crystal Palace closed out the day.
Monday’s action kicked off with Chelsea beating top four rivals Everton 2-0, while West Ham beat Leeds 2-0 to boost their own Champions League hopes.
