Premier League table: Latest 2020/21 standings, fixtures and results today in gameweek 36

While the Premier League title and relegation races have already been decided, the battle for a top-four finish looks set to go to the wire as we enter gameweek 36 of the 2020/21 season.

Manchester City have been crowned champions, Manchester United have joined them in the Champions League while Sheffield United, West Brom and Fulham are heading down to the Championship as the table takes shape for the run-in.

The race for Champions League qualification is still very much on though, with Leicester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham, Tottenham and Everton still competing for the two remaining spots in the top four.

On Wednesday night, Chelsea lost 1-0 to Arsenal as the Blues’ European qualification hopes took a hit before Liverpool, on Thursday, earned a deserved win over Manchester United at Old Trafford to close the gap to four points with a game in hand for the Reds.

With Chelsea beaten 1-0 by Leicester in the FA Cup Final on Saturday before the two sides go head to head in a huge League clash next week, West Ham, Spurs, Liverpool and the Toffees have the chance to put pressure on in their own matches this weekend.

But West Ham were feeling the pressure on Saturday night as they had to rescue a late 1-1 draw at Brighton - a result which leaves them hoping for a big swing of results to go their way after seeing Spurs beat Wolves on Sunday, while Liverpool won 2-1 at est Brom thanks to a late Alisson Becker header.
