Premier League table: Latest 2020/21 standings, fixtures and results for final day of the season

The 2020/21 Premier League table will be confirmed on Sunday, with all 20 teams in action on the final day of the season.

The title race (Manchester City) has already been decided along with relegation (Sheffield United, West Brom and Fulham), but there is still plenty of drama in the race for European football.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Leicester City all head into Sunday’s games with a chance of a Premier League top-four finish.

As things stand, Chelsea (third) and Liverpool (fourth) only need to match Leicester’s result, but know a late slip-up could prove costly - quite literally, given the huge financial reward of Champions League qualification.

West Ham are in the driving seat for Europa League football, and a point on the final day will secure a top-six finish for the Hammers - but Spurs, Everton and Arsenal are lying in wait should David Moyes’ men falter.

With a huge amount at stake for a number of clubs, here are how things stand ahead of gameweek 38...
