Premier League pair Burnley and Wolves are both checking on Queens Park Rangers defender Rob Dickie.
Dickie, 25, has started the season in outstanding form, scoring in all three of his games as Rangers have made an impressive start to the new Championship campaign.
The former Oxford centre-half established himself at QPR last season as a reliable defender and has shown himself to be comfortable on the ball which has attracted Premier League interest.
Burnley and Wolves are looking for reinforcements in the transfer window and Mirror Sport understands that Dickie is catching the eye of top flight scouts this season.
Dickie won his club’s Supporters’ Player of the Year last season in his first season in the Championship.
And his form this season has carried on in the same manner. He has scored against Millwall, Leyton Orient and Hull with Mark Warnurton's side yet to taste defeat in the embryonic stages of the 2021-22 season.
Speaking about his sudden goal glut after his strike in the 3-0 win over Hull last weekend, Dickie said: "First and foremost I am a defender and I keep the ball out of my own net. That’s my job - that’s my role in the team and the goals are a bonus.
“I have to admit I did tell Ilias [Chair] he needs to take a leaf out of my book and get into those areas a bit more! But all jokes aside, it was just a good away performance.”
QPR head to Middlesbrough on Wednesday night looking to maintain their impressive start.
