Premier League rumours: Chelsea's Havertz blow and Sarr valuation revealed amid Liverpool links

Leeds United fans will no doubt be keeping tabs on other clubs' progress in the transfer market ahead of their return to the Premier League.

The Whites have been doing some business of their own but there are plenty of transfer rumours emerging across the top flight.

Here is the latest Premier League gossip.

Chelsea’s Kai Havertz blow

Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol says that Chelsea still have some way to go to meet Bayer Leverkusen’s valuation of Kai Havertz.

Forwards linked with a Leeds United transfer

The attacking midfielder remains keen to join the Blues this summer, having reportedly already agreed personal terms at Stamford Bridge.

Yet a deal for the player is still to be agreed at the negotiating table, with a gap between both clubs’ valuations of the player.

Leverkusen’s asking price is £90m but Chelsea are said to be keener to do a deal at around £70m.

Brighton hold firm over White

The BBC report that Brighton have told Leeds United that Ben White is not for sale.

Leeds are keen to re-sign the centre-back following an excellent season on loan at Elland Road but reports that they have had a third bid, worth £30m, rejected are said to be wide of the mark.

Nevertheless, the Seagulls are reported to have made it clear that they are not interested in selling White.

Liverpool and Chelsea are also linked to the 22-year-old.

Sarr valued at £30m

The Sun claim that Watford will not let Ismaila Sarr leave for less than £30m.

Sarr has been linked with both Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool following his good form last season despite Watford’s relegation.

Crystal Palace are said to have been the only club to make a firm offer for the winger, however.

Yet Watford are adamant that they will not sell for less than the £30m they are asking for.
