Premier League relegation odds as Leeds United put Nottingham Forest and Leicester in real danger

Leeds United's chances of being relegated have go down significantly after their massive 2-1 win over Nottingham Forest at Elland Road last night.

Goals from Jack Harrison and Luis Sinisterra saw the Whites move from the bottom three up to 13th and two points above Bournemouth who now occupy 18th.

Now according to SkyBet, only two clubs in the nine-team relegation battle have higher odds than them to go down with Leeds' price now standing at 13/2 - those being West Ham and 8/1 and Crystal Palace at 12/1.

It's the best position the Whites have been in since Javi Gracia took over, with the Spaniard working wonders having taken 10 points from his first six games in charge - the same amount of points Jesse Marsch took in his last 10 matches in charge of Leeds.

Southampton are still the bookies' favourite to be relegated with a price of 1/4, with Steve Cooper's Forest now 4/7 to go down after last night's result.

Leicester have also seen their odds slashed after parting ways with manager Brenden Rodgers and conceding an 89th-minute winner to Aston Villa to lose 2-1 last night.
