The Premier League have confirmed more than half of the league are vaccinated against Covid-19.
The data shows 68% per cent of players are fully vaccinated against the virus - a significant uptick in the amount of players who have recently had the vaccine, with 81 per-cent getting at least one jab.
At the end of September, there were as few as seven clubs who had vaccinated more than 50% per cent of their playing squad.
These figures were welcomed by Professor Jonathan Van-Tam, the UK's deputy chief medical officer, who told BBC Sport : "It shows that people are listening to sensible messages from well-informed health professionals.

"That is where you get the good advice from, you don't get it from the internet, or Instagram or Facebook.
"It is brilliant and is a real positive change. I think the figures will rise more as it becomes obvious it is going to be difficult to travel internationally without having been vaccinated," Van-Tam continued.
"Football players will undoubtedly want to travel abroad - for leisure time as well as their tournaments and competitions."
Van-Tam's comments come days after Jurgen Klopp's recent blast taking aim at players who are yet to take up their offer for the vaccine.
Klopp explained that 99% per cent of Liverpool players have been vaccinated and how he did not have to convince anyone to do so.
The German boss went on to give his own reasons for getting the jab: "I got the vaccination because I was concerned about myself but even more so for everyone else around me.
"If I get it and suffer - my fault. If I get it and spread it around to everyone else - my fault and not their fault.
"Where did I get the knowledge from that I think it makes sense to get the vaccination? I called doctors who I've known for years.
"Most specialists tell us the vaccination is the solution for the situation in this moment."
Klopp explained how no talks were needed with individual players - "I can't remember really talking to a player and convincing him why he should because I'm not a doctor."

Van-Tam later explained how high-profile figures in every sport, particularly football, promoting taking the vaccine is "better and more helpful to others".
He claimed: "I'm mad about football, most of this country is mad about football or another sport and sporting icons mean a huge amount to us.
"Whether they like it or not footballers and sports people are role models, particular for young adults and children. What they say and do really matters."
