Premier League LIVE - Latest scores and goal updates from Huddersfield vs Chelsea, Fulham vs Crystal Palace and Bournemouth vs Cardiff City

Maurizio Sarri makes his competitive debut as Chelsea manager as they take on Huddersfield Town on the opening weekend of the Premier League, with four games kicking-off at 3pm.

Chelsea will attempt to keep pace with Manchester United after they beat Leicester City on Friday night, but all eyes will be on their news manager Sarri as well as summer signing Jorginho who followed the manager from Napoli.

Two of the promoted clubs are also in action as Fulham take on Crystal Palace and Cardiff City travel to Bournemouth, while Watford host Brighton and Hove Albion. In the day’s late game, Wolves host a new-look Everton side at Molineux as the return to the top flight.

Fulham 0-2 Crystal Palace

Huddersfield Town 0-3 Chelsea

Watford 2-0 Brighton

Jermaine Defoe on for Bournemouth in added time for his 18th season in the Premier League. He's scored in his last 17, not much time for him to get one this afternoon but who would bet against him to get a couple later in the season?
16:50
90 mins: GOAL! Bournemouth 2-0 Cardiff City (Callum Wilson)
Think I've given sides 1-0 down a bit of a curse here. This time it's Cardiff City the victim who concede in injury time thanks to a Wilson low drive, making up for his saved penalty earlier on
16:46
The Iranian on for Brighton on his birthday...
16:45
Looking for a bit of late drama? The closest we are likely to get in the Premier League is Bournemouth vs Cardiff City, just the one goal in that, Ryan Fraser's early strike the difference, but Cardiff will still feel they can get something from the game
GOAL!
16:43
79 mins: GOAL! Fulham 0-2 Crystal Palace (Wilfried Zaha)
Just as we say how important this last 20 minutes would be for new boys Fulham, it's Palace that double their advantage and probably have this one wrapped up now. Zaha with the finish under Fabri and he has been key today, and will play a huge part in the campaign for Palace.
GOAL!
16:39
80 mins: GOAL! Huddersfield 0-3 Chelsea (Pedro)
Substitute Hazard darts forward, takes on three players, passes to Pedro who finishes well. Job done for Chelsea, who have looked impressive.

Just what Huddersfield will want to see at 2-0 down...
16:32
We are reaching the 70 minute mark in the 3pm kick offs, and it's a big 20 minutes for newcomers Cardiff and Fulham who both trail by a single goal. These the kind of games they'll need to win if they are to collate a decent points tally by the end of the season
16:26
Goalkeeper Fabri not having the best game for Fulham with new signing Sergio Rico putting the pressure on for a starting spot, and our reporter Ed Malyon reckons Rico will get plenty of minutes this season
16:20
After that Pereyra brace Brighton need a goal. They've brought on Bissouma to replace Gross

Penalty shout at Fulham, who feel they should have had a penalty after Schurrle was brought down as Sakho dived in. Replays show they have a right to feel aggrieved.
GOAL!
16:13
54 mins: GOAL! Watford 2-0 Brighton (Roberto Pereyra)
It's a second goal for Pereyra, and he doesn't score tap ins! Beautiful skill and trickery on the left hand side, he cuts in and shoots on his right, leaving Ryan in the Brighton goal helpless. Two for Brighton, two for Pereyra and that could be game over in this one.
16:08
HALF TIME SUB: Depoitre ON, Pritchard OFF for Huddersfield. A tactical change as David Wagner looks to give Chelsea something to think about
16:06
We are back underway for the second half in our four games. All to play for with three games at 1-0, and Huddersfield 2-0 down at home against Chelsea.
16:02
Towards the end of that first half Van Aanholt had a goal ruled offside as Palace searched for a second goal. Ed Malyon at Craven Cottage reckons it was probably the correct decision.

HALF TIME
15:51
Half time in the Premier League games now, with Fulham and Watford receiving standing ovations from their fans as they lead Palace and Brighton respectively. Bournemouth also go into the break with a goal advantage over Cardiff, which really should've been two but Callum WIlson saw his penalty saved.
15:49
HALF TIME: Huddersfield 0-2 Chelsea
Referee being booed off at the Kirklees Stadium after that penalty decision on the stroke of half-time, but Maurizio Sarri will be delighted
