Premier League fixtures 2019/20: 'Leaked' image shows Arsenal, Chelsea & Spurs opening games

A 'leaked' image of the Premier League opening day fixtures has appeared online.

The picture, which was posted on social media, shows Tottenham kicking off the new season by playing newly promoted Norwich City at home in the early (12:30pm) kick off on Saturday 10th August - a match that will apparently be shown live on Sky Sports. Spurs will be hoping to get the season off to a winning start after the disappointment of the Champions League final defeat at the end of last season.

If the leak is to be believed, then Arsenal will be hoping that this season is more successful than the last as they start their campaign with a trip to Selhurt Park to take on London rivals Crystal Palace (3pm), while Chelsea, with or without Maurizio Sarri in charge, will also have an away trip as they travel down to the south coast to take on Southampton, again at 3pm.

The image also shows West Ham travelling to Vicarage Road to take on Watford.

Other significant fixtures on the Saturday see newly promoted Sheffield United travelling to Bournemouth while newly-crowned European champions Liverpool may face a trip to Burnley in the 5:30 kick off that will be shown on BT Sport.

According to the picture, Super Sunday will start with a midlands derby at Villa Park as play-off winners Aston Villa welcome 2016 champions Leicester City at 12:30, before the 4pm kick off sees Manchester United against Brighton.

Champions Manchester City will have to wait the longest to kick off their campaign, as the leak sees them face Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux in the first Monday Night Football of the Season.
