The Premier League season concludes on Sunday afternoon, and while champions Liverpool already clinched the title a month ago, the relegation battle and the race for the Champions League places will go down to the wire.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Leicester City are vying for the two remaining Champions League berths at the top of the table, with United and Leicester facing off on the final day in what could be a winner-takes-all game. At the bottom of the table, Aston Villa, Watford and Bournemouth are in danger of relegation, and two of those teams will drop out of the Premier League by day’s end.
First, here’s a look at Sunday’s schedule. Five key matches will be broadcast across the NBC family of networks. All matches start at 11:00 a.m. ET:

Three teams will be relegated from the Premier League and sent to the second-tier EFL Championship on Sunday. Last-place Norwich City has already clinched relegation, and three other teams – Aston Villa, Watford and Bournemouth – are hoping to escape the relegation zone on Sunday. Here’s how they sit in the standings with one match left to play.
17. Aston Villa (34 points, -26 goal difference, 40 goals scored)
18. Watford (34 points, -27 goal difference, 34 goals scored)
19. Bournemouth (31 points, -27 goal difference, 37 goals scored)
Teams are ordered first by points, and the first tiebreaker is goal difference. Given how close these three teams are on goal difference, the final day should be wild.
Both Aston Villa and Watford could potentially stay up with a draw, but Bournemouth will have to beat Everton and hope the other two teams lose to have a chance at safety.
If Watford draws with Arsenal, Aston Villa only need a draw with West Ham to secure safety. In the event that Aston Villa and Watford both win or both lose, it will likely come down to goal difference.
In the event that the teams are tied both on points and goal difference, the next tiebreaker is goals scored.
