The final two Champions League places have been taken by Manchester United - who beat Leicester City 2-0 at the King Power Stadium - and Chelsea, who saw off Wolves 2-0.
Wolves' defeat means Tottenham clinched a Europa place with a draw at Crystal Palace.
At the bottom, Aston Villa drew 1-1 at West Ham to ensure survival, with. Watford and Bournemouth joining Norwich City in the Championship.
