Premier League confirm one change for Manchester United live TV broadcast selection

Manchester United's game against Aston Villa on January 15 has been selected to be broadcast live on TV in the UK.

United were originally scheduled to visit Villa Park in Birmingham on Saturday, January 15 for a 15:00 BST kick-off.

The Premier League have now chosen the game for broadcast, which means kick-off has been rescheduled to a 17:30 BST kick-off.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side lost 1-0 to Villa at Old Trafford as the sides last met in September when Kortney Hause scored a late winner for the visitors and United will be hoping to make amends for that defeat in the reverse fixture in the new year.

Whether Solskjaer will remain in charge for United's visit to Aston Villa in January remains to be seen. United have underwhelmed this season after enjoying a brilliant summer transfer window and Solskjaer's future at the club has now been thrown into doubt.

United play Manchester City on Saturday and securing a positive result will be crucial amid mounting pressure on Solskjaer.

The international break will follow the Manchester derby and United return to action after that against Watford on November 20.
