There will be a minute's applause before each of Sunday's Premier League fixtures after the passing of Jimmy Greaves.
Manchester United, West Ham, Brighton, Leicester, Chelsea and Tottenham's players will also wear black armbands in tribute.
It was confirmed early on Sunday morning that Greaves had passed away aged 81.
Greaves is England's fourth-highest goalscorer of all time and he holds legendary status in the game.
Greaves scored 44 goals for England and also scored 357 goals in the first division before the conception of the Premier League.
He notably played for Chelsea, AC Milan, Tottenham and West Ham across his glittering career.
"We are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of the great Jimmy Greaves," a club spokesman for Tottenham said.
"We extend our deepest sympathies to Jimmy's family and friends at this sad time.
"Rest in peace, Jimmy."
