Premier League clubs shelled out a staggering £260.6million on agents fees in 12 months from February 1 to January 2019, it has been revealed.
Liverpool were the biggest spenders by some distance, splashing out an eye-watering £43.8million to secure new recruits including Alisson, Fabinho and Naby Keita in the summer transfer window.
Chelsea spent the second most on agents fees, parting with £26.9million in the summer to complete transfers for the likes of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Christian Pulisic.
Manchester City meanwhile came third, splashing out £24.1million, while Manchester United spent £20.8million. Everton spent the fifth most, shelling out £19.1million on players this summer, including Richarlison.

On the opposite side of the spectrum Burnley were the most frugal, parting with just £3.9million in agents fees.
Wolves are arguably the success story however, spending big in the summer to sign the likes of Adama Traore, Leander Dendoncker and Joao Moutinho but parting with just 6.5million in agents fees.
