Premier League 2023-24 fixtures: Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Amazon Prime TV picks timescale

The Premier League 2023-24 fixtures are announced on Wednesday morning ahead of the new campaign.

Clubs will return for pre-season this month, with the 2022-23 season having finished on May 28 - slightly later than usual due to the winter World Cup in Qatar. Manchester United are jet-setting all over as they prepare for a second full season under Erik ten Hag, with trips to America, Ireland, Scotland and Norway.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are heading to Asia - with fixtures taking place in Japan and South Korea for Pep Guardiola's men. It will be a mammoth task for City to repeat the level of this season's success, but more silverware will be the target after the club's incredible treble winning year.

Fixture release day provokes plenty of optimism among supporters and the TV selections for the opening weeks of the season will soon follow, likely to be in early July.

Last season, the Premier League gave a timescale for their August and September TV picks as July 5, with October selections on July 29. Sky Sports and new broadcaster TNT Sport will provide the bulk of Premier League coverage next season.

The latter is replacing BT Sport, with the name change coming after Warner Brothers Discovery, who also own Eurosport, acquired the broadcaster in a £650million deal. Amazon Prime will provide 20 top flight games over the festive period.

All 380 Premier League fixtures will be released at the same time - on Thursday, June 15, at 9am. The new season kicks off on Saturday, August 12 and concludes on Sunday, May 19, 2024. There will be a mid-season break, which was shelved this term due to the winter World Cup in Qatar.

No two rounds across Christmas and New Year will take place within 48 hours of each other, while there will be a break between January 13-20. The 2024 Champions League final takes place at Wembley on June 1, while the European Championship in Germany kick off on June 14.

Premier League fixtures are always advertised as subject to change - owing to broadcast selections, domestic cups and European competitions.
