Valentine's Day falls on a Friday this year, making for the perfect excuse to turn it into a romantic minibreak.
The best part is that if you're on a budget, then you may want to check out Premier Inn , as bargain hunters on HotUKDeals have spotted that the chain has rooms for £35 a night over the Valentine's Day weekend - and in some cases, even less.
That includes stays for Friday 14th and Saturday 15th, and there are heaps of UK locations currently available.
You can already book on the Premier Inn website but the cheap rooms are subject to availability.
It's also worth noting that the hotel chain hasn't put together a list of the hotels which are offering the £35 rooms, but there are heaps across the UK, so it's worth having a look for your chosen destination.
When we took a look based on two adults sharing a room on the 14th February, we could find rooms for £35 or less in the likes of Brighton , Edinburgh , Leeds , Liverpool , London , Manchester and Newcastle .
We also found some hotels in various towns throughout Cornwall , as well as hotels in the Lake District (although if these have run out, you may want to check out our guide to the best cheap hotels in the area).
