Kevin Sheehy’s partner left a heartbreaking message at the scene of the dad-to-be’s killing.
Olympic boxing hopeful Kevin Sheehy died shortly after leaving a late-night house party in Limerick following a row early on Monday.
A 29-year-old man was charged in connection to his death and is due to appear in Limerick District Court on Wednesday.
Family and friends have created a shrine to the tragic boxer in Limerick.

Among the tributes left was a letter from Emma Colbert, who is due to give birth to Mr Sheehy’s baby daughter in the next five weeks.
It read: “Please give me the strength to get through this Kevin. I am so lost without you already.
“All I want is a big hug and kiss from you. I’ll love you forever and always...Emma xxx.”
Another note read: “To daddy, I couldn’t wait to meet you and for us to be a family. Please mind me and mammy. Love your baby girl xxx.”
