A pregnant mum claims she vomited after biting into an M&S sandwich because she felt a 'rubbery' false nail in her mouth - prompting the chain to launch an investigation.
Bushra Perkins, 37, who is six months into her pregnancy, bought a beef and onion sub roll from the M&S shop at The Buck service station on the A303 in Andover, Hampshire, last month.
The 37-year-old claims she had polished off most of the sarnie before feeling something 'rubbery' in her mouth before fishing out the foreign object, what she believes is someone else's 'dirty' gel nail that had dropped into the filling.
The self-employed clothes maker said the episode caused her to be physically sick.

Now Bushra claims she has been told she must wait 'four to six weeks' for M&S to investigate her complaint and has vowed never to shop at the supermarket again.
M&S said they were investigating.
Bushra, from Northampton, Northamptonshire, said: "I'd eaten most of the sandwich already which makes me feel really sick. I took a bite into it.
"It had that rubbery feeling that gel nails have, I could feel that in my mouth.
"I thought 'what the hell is that' and I fished it out. It was dirty looking.
"I had a feeling in my stomach that I was going to be [sick] then I had to get my husband to stop off at the nearest service station and I was really sick. It's disgusting.
"It's hard because I had to get this thing out of my mouth. It was quite disgusting, it's someone's nail, you use your hands for everything.

"I'm disgusted at their level of food hygiene. It's not just that someone's nail had accidentally dropped in. They should be wearing gloves."
Mum-of-one Bushra claims she immediately contacted M&S and was told it could take up to six weeks for them to contact her about the result of their investigation - leaving her feeling like they 'don't care'.
Six-month-pregnant Bushra has now said she will never touch a pre-packaged sandwich again after being put off by her grisly find.
Bushra said: "I'm nearly six months pregnant and it made me feel pretty sick.
"It was one of the Marks and Spencer in a service station and it was a pre-packed sandwich. I'm never having a pre-packed sandwich again, I'm so disgusted."

She said she posted the find to M&S but was left disappointed by their response.
"I posted it and tracked it next-day delivery, they said 'as you can appreciate, we work everything in date order'.
"I can't really. There's probably a girl going round not wearing gloves and making food so no, I can't appreciate it, really," she said.
She added that she got an email from M&S on Monday to say it would be four to six weeks for the supplier to do a report.
An M&S spokesman said: "We are in contact with Ms Perkins and are investigating her query."
