A dad-to-be and his pregnant partner tragically died just days apart from each other.
21-year-old Dale Hannon died suddenly while on holiday in Tenerife on September 9.
His 26-year-old partner Chloe Higgins died at her home in Limerick, Republic of Ireland, a mere eight days later, reports Liverpool Echo.
Ms Higgins was a devoted mum to two children and was six months pregnant with her third child at the time of her death.
The circumstances surrounding the young couple's deaths have not yet been confirmed.
Family and friends have paid tribute to the couple following their death ahead of the funeral this Friday.
Mr Hannon had links to Limerick District League said Hyde Rangers FC who sent an emotional post on their social media channels.
Hyde Rangers FC said: "Deepest condolences to the Hannon family on the sad passing of Dale may he rest in peace."
It is understood Ms Higgins lived at Sarsfield Barracks, the headquarters of 12th Infantry battalion of the Irish Defence Forces.

A mourner has paid tribute to the mum-of-two and said their thoughts are with her parents during this tragic time.
They said: "My deepest sympathy to Martin and Michelle at this very sad time, and to all of the families and friends. May Chloe Rest in Peace."
A GoFundMe page to help Mr Hannon's family pay for his funeral costs was set up, but the page is no longer accepting donations.
