Mrs Hinch - Sophie Hinchcliffe - has been rushed to hospital with a mystery illness.
The cleaning superstar , who is pregnant, said her baby was fine, but that she was will and was being looked after medical teams "around the clock."
The 29-year-old took to Instagram tonight to explain her absence to the "Hinch army" , saying she would be in hospital "until further notice" - reports Mirror Online.
Her lengthy statement said: "Unfortunately I have been rushed to hospital.
"While our mini-Hinch is being fully monitored and doing fine, unfortunately I am not well myself and I am in hospital now until further notice.

"I have wonderful doctors and nurses looking after me."
Although she does not reveal what's wrong, she says her husband Jamie is by her side.
She added: "Jamie is here being amazing bless him...
"For now, I have been told I need to focus on getting better and keeping healthy in order to carry on growing our mini Hinch and I must listen to medical advice...
"I promise to keep you all updated as much as I can and please continue to Hinch for me guys, Mrs Hinch needs her Hinchers more than ever.
"I love you all, Soph x."

Sophie shot to fame as the mysterious Mrs Hinch who provided cleaning tips on her Instagram account.
She later revealed her identity on This Morning and became a show regular.
Sophie has just released a book, with hundreds of people queuing up to meet her in Liverpool.
