Pregnant Lucy Mecklenburgh says she won't live with Ryan Thomas when their baby is born

Lucy Mecklenburgh has confessed that she won't be living with her fiance Ryan Thomas when they welcome their first child together.

The mum-to-be, 28, has been open about her pregnancy on social media, but on Friday she teased an insight into her personal life and plans for her new arrival when it's born.

As she prepares herself for life as a new mum, she enjoyed a quiet Friday night in and took up the game of "ask me a question" on her Instagram story, where her 1.5million fans have no limit as to what they quiz her on.

The former Towie star was questioned by a follower who asked: "Do you and Ryan plan on moving in together when baby is born?"

Lucy's response was probably a bit different as to what most would expect.

"We will always have 2 homes and both love Essex and Cheshire. I don't see it as a problem I actually think we are extremely lucky to have 2 homes," she replied.

It has confirmed that the happy couple will still live in separate homes when their baby, due in February 2020, is here.

But the shock confession comes as no surprise as Lucy admitted back in August that she doesn't plan on moving in with Ryan, 35, - even after they are married.

The loved-up pair currently live apart and Lucy said they have no plans to change this when they become man and wife because it's what 'works best for them.'

Lucy owns a property in London while Ryan resides in his hometown of Manchester in order to be close to his 10-year-old daughter Scarlett, who he shares with ex partner Tina O'Brien.

She told The Sun : "We will always have 2 homes north and south.

"It works well for us right now and we don't see it changing anytime soon."
