Heavily pregnant Lucy Mecklenburgh is ready to give birth any minute - and she's had to hit back at vile fat-shamers after being called "huge".
The 28-year-old former reality star has demanded that "something needs to be done" about the vile comments she received following her lavish baby shower.
Lucy is three weeks away from her fast-approaching due date, where she'll welcome her baby boy with fiancé and former Corrie star Ryan Thomas.
Full of emotion, Lucy told OK! magazine: "It's modern-day bullying and something needs to be done. These comments should be monitored and taken down.
The star admitted that despite having her hunky fiancé's constant support, she did get upset by the comments.
She added: "You feel more vulnerable when you're pregnant, so then to read comments like, 'You're fat', 'You've got a fat face' or 'You're huge' obviously hurts.
"For me, it was more about making the statement that body shaming a pregnant woman, or anyone, is unacceptable.
"If someone wasn't in the positive mental state that I am now, that could really affect them," she added.
Lucy revealed it's hard for Ryan to see her so upset, admitting it was "especially tough".
She confessed he tried to cheer her up with "lovely things" by saying: "You look beautiful, don't ready what they say, no one has anything nice to say on these things."
The brunette bombshell insisted: "Enough is enough now."
The mum-to-be holds up her up high and is not letting the trolls get to her.
She is "excited" about going into labour and admitted: "I haven't read a book, gone to a class or made a birthing plan. I think the way I am, if it didn't go to plan, I'd be really upset.
"I just think the baby will come out the way he wants to, and hopefully the safest way."
The happy couple met while filming Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls back in 2017.
Ryan proposed to his wife-to-be last June, and he is also dad to Scarlett, 11, from a previous relationship.
