Pregnant Louise Thompson cradles her bump as she plays mini-golf in garden

Pregnant Louise Thompson headed out into her garden to play a game of mini-golf in the sunshine but only lasted nine minutes before she had to retreat indoors to the shade.

The Made In Chelsea star is expecting her first child with boyfriend Ryan Libbey and she made the most of the hot weather as she enjoyed an afternoon out in the garden.

She recently admitted she was struggling with "creaky hips" and " heartburn " because of her pregnancy but she pushed that all aside as she embraced the heat in a bright blue one piece swimsuit.

Lounging in the garden, Louise confessed she actually only survived nine minutes in the heat for retreating back inside and joked she could next be found in the "basement with a room full of fans".

Alongside the snaps, she wrote: "It was fun while it lasted ... which was exactly 9 minutes before I retreated to the basement to sit in a room full of fans."

"Being preggo in the heat is no mean feat. Actually doing anything in the heat is a total mission. Probably why us Brits are so productive. #bumpasaurus."

Louise played mini-golf in the garden, accessorising with some yellow sunglasses and a matching blue ribbon in her hair.

The reality star has been updating fans about her pregnancy throughout the last few months.

"Wow! What a difference six months makes," she wrote alongside a snap of her from before she was pregnant

"I now have: Creaky hips, a growing rib cage, numb hands, a mucus filled nose, a shrinking butt, growing boobs, stretching moles, cellulite on thighs, heartburn, grey hairs, a wee problem, a changing belly button, a strange intolerance to sugar, and savage nightmares. Plus, some stuff I can’t even mention on here.

"But it's FREAKING AWESOME and I'm so, so, so, so, SO grateful to be on this journey."

The expectant mum decided to keep her pregnancy under wraps until she reached the 12-week mark following the couple’s miscarriage last year.

She wrote at the time: "Counting our blessings. I thought I’d have all sorts of creative ways to deliver this information but the truth is the last 12 weeks have been quite challenging. Unlike last time, Ryan and I haven’t documented our journey at all.

" I’ve hardly taken any pictures or videos for fear that something might happen. I’ve also felt like A**. I never knew that fatigue or ‘flatness’ like this existed in pregnancy.

"There are 0 before and after snaps, no week-to-week transformations or fun reveal videos with friends and family leading a trail of buns to an oven, instead there is a drawer filled with 10000000x billion gazillion pregnancy tests (shameless and expensive) and some sensitive conversations where we try not to get too excited."
