Lauren Goodger admitted that she has been struggling with agonising migraines and morning sickness throughout her pregnancy.
The 34-year-old reality star, who is almost four months pregnant, revealed earlier this month that she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury, 23.
The former TOWIE star has been sharing lots of candid updates with her legion of Instagram followers as she documented her recent pregnancy experiences.
While Lauren is excited to become a mum, the pregnancy journey has been far from easy.
In her latest social media stories, the reality star has admitted that she has been hit with the 'worst' migraine yet as well as morning sickness.
She has also been struggling to eat, meaning that she had to resort to chicken soup.
Lauren wrote: "The only thing I can stomach today chicken soup and sourdough!
"Migrane worst one yet!
"And the sickness !!! I thought I was past all this. Bedforme."
In a second Instagram story, she then revealed more details about her morning sickness struggles.
"Why does morning sickness feel like a hangover," Lauren penned, as she snuggled in bed."
Luckily, Lauren's boyfriend Charles has been supporting the reality star and cooking her meals in an attempt to make her feel better.
Lauren has been very open about her pregnancy journey ever since confirming the exciting news earlier this month.
In recent days, the mum-to-be admitted that she was "achy" and "fed up" but she was eager to meet her little one.
Lauren and Charles have been together for around five months and moved in together just weeks into their blossoming romance.
Less than a week ago, Lauren also shared with fans how she had revealed to Charles that she was pregnant.
In an Instagram snap, the TOWIE star held up her pregnancy test while her boyfriend was asleep.
"When I did my first pregnancy test at home and surprised Charlie... He didn’t believe it in happy shock and carried it around all day," she wrote.
