Pregnant Lauren Goodger cradles her baby bump as she breaks cover after hospital dash

Pregnant Lauren Goodger has broken cover after her terrifying hospital dash.

The pregnant former TOWIE star, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury in the summer, was rushed to see doctors when she stopped feeling her unborn baby move.

The reality TV star was left worried sick over her baby's health, however it turned out to be a false alarm as the unborn tot was found in good health.

Since the scare, Lauren stepped out cradling her precious bump in a low-key outing on Monday.

Lauren placed a protective hand on her baby bump as she wandered out on her own on the first day after the national lockdown ended.

Despite enduring a rocky few days, the star looked as glam as ever, wearing a grey jumpsuit with a dramatic furry black coat over it.

The star was seen with a full face of makeup as she tied her dirty blonde locks into a bun.

Writing about her horrifying experience at the hospital in her OK! VIP column, Lauren revealed: "Sadly, I ended up in hospital last week. I didn't feel the baby move and I didn't feel myself, so I was advised to go and have a check-up."

Midwives checked her out, but luckily the baby is in full health.

"As a new mum you worry, but the baby is all fine and perfect," Lauren went on.

"As you know I've always been honest about how I'm feeling and I will be able to talk about it in more detail next week when I'm fully over this episode."

The good news is Lauren will be meeting her little one very soon by way of a 4D scan.

"The company contacted me about it and I thought, 'Yeah, how amazing'," she went on.

"I like having scans done. As much as they are nerve-wracking it’s a reassurance thing - I’d have them every day if I could! I’ve got my midwife appointment next week so they will check me over and we’ll have a chat. It’s becoming very real now."
