She's due to become a mother later this month and it seems the birth of her first child can't come quick enough for Lauren Goodger as she endures a tough final few weeks of pregnancy.
The mum-to-be took to her Instagram stories on Friday to chat about the struggles of the third trimester after revealing she had been subjected to Braxton Hicks false labour pains.
Sharing a graphic detailing the symptoms and side affects of pregnancy, the 34-year-old gave her 782,000 followers an update about how she's coping.
"Everyone told me to rest. So I've been resting and actually sleeping," she wrote underneath the image on her Instagram story.

"I feel guilty for it, like I should be doing something... but no why should be? (sic)"
She continued: "I have been growing and carry (sic) a baby for 9 months...I am at the end and feeling it now and have no other children to look after so I can take advantage and sleep now and be lazy before my baby girl is here."
The Only Way is Essex star went on to tell her fans that while she may be resting, she is struggling to get a good night's sleep due to acid reflux.
"I am only getting up now," she confessed at around half past one on Friday afternoon.
"But i could sleep all day as I had bad acid reflux last night kept waking me up (sic)."
She signed off with some advice for fellow mum-to-be, saying: "So new mums, don't feel bad. Sleep when you want and can."
Earlier this week, Lauren was forced to hit back at cruel trolls after some said it feels like she has been pregnant 'forever'.

Posing on social media with her bump, the former TOWIE star responded to the claims.
She wrote: "Everyone keeps saying on here seems like I've been pregnant forever. I am only pregnant same time as everyone else."
"I'm growing a baby and she will come when she's ready at the end of the third trimester. I am not due yet but few weeks and she [will] be here. July baby.' [sic]"
The TV personality is due to give birth to her first child, a daughter, later this month with partner Charles Drury.
Last week, the pregnant star spoilt her partner as the dad-to-be turned 24.

Lauren lavished the Chelsea FC fan with cards, cakes and gifts but also a little present from their unborn daughter.
"Little something from my princess too, daddy can't wait for you to be here," Charles wrote on social media alongside a snap of the card penned by Lauren on behalf of his first child.
Decorated with a heart shaped scan photo of their daughter, it read: "Before too long your life will change, becoming something new.
"You'll hold me close and tenderly, A tiny part of you. You'll feel love you can't explain, That strengthens every day."
