The madness didn't stop there.
She poked fun at the toilet paper shortage during the coronavirus pandemic by dressing as a massive loo roll.
But her fashion sense appears a little better than her puns.
Katy wrote on her latest post: "Orange you glad today's the day?" as she plugged her performance at the Tomorrowland digital festival.
It could be the last time she takes the mic before becoming a mummy.
She looks nearly ready to drop as the 35-year-old and her excited fianceé Orlando Bloom prepare to become parents.
Katy has also addressed suggestions actress Jennifer Aniston will be godmother to her daughter.
She told an Australian radio show she was thrown by the rumour.
