Pregnant Kate Ferdinand slams troll over claims she's faking big bump complaints

Pregnant Kate Ferdinand shut down the troll claiming she faked her struggle with her huge bump.

The mum-to-be confided in her 1.3million followers she was finding it difficult to get maternity PJs to fit her growing baby bump.

Quickly the fiery star, of TOWIE roots, fired back at a troll accusing her of being "fake" for asking about maternity bedwear.

She wrote: "I don't normally respond to these people but this really made me laugh.

"I have better things to be doing with my time than faking that I need PJs.

"There are so many negative people out there - bizarre! Thanks for all of the lovely women that helped me..."

Kate had no qualms sharing screenshots of the messages from the troll.

She responded to a message which read: "Surely you can get maternity pyjamas? Seems kind of fake, you must have loads of maternity stuff?"

Initially the pregnant star had been reaching out to her followers to get their advice on comfortable clothing to wear.

In a piece to camera, the stepmum complained nothing was comfortable because her belly was too big.

"I just need help with pyjamas you know when you get home and you want to put on some comfortable ones on.

"No, nothing is comfortable because my belly is too big. Can anyone help me?"

She's expecting her first child with her husband Rio.

Already the star is the step mum to her husband's kids Lorenz 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine.

Recently, Kate has been open about her experience with pregnancy for the first time.

She said: “Lockdown has been an experience. Obviously I was pregnant and the children didn’t know, and something I’ve struggled with is being pregnant with my first biological child and still being a mum.

“So, I felt I had all these new experiences… but I was still a stepmother or mother figure to three kids.

“I struggle with my mental health. Being active helps day-to-day with my anxiety, so when I can’t do things, I struggle with it.”
