The ex-EastEnders star, who is pregnant with her second child, enjoyed a night on the tiles at Proud Embankment in London on Wednesday evening, just hours before the country was plunged into a second lockdown.
She looked radiant as she showed off her growing bump in the eye-catching rose gold number, which was covered in pink shiny tassels.
Her curve-clinging dress featured a daring split on the thigh and a sleeveless design, which allowed Kara, 37, to flaunt her figure.
Kara teamed the look with a pair of strappy black heels with a multi-colour sequin design.
She wore her blonde locks in loose curls down around her shoulders.
The TV star accessorised with a black sparkly handbag that she wore on her right shoulder.
Kara sported a pregnancy glow as she posed for photos on the red carpet.
She had a huge grin on her face as she got ready for her night on the town.
The Strictly Come Dancing 2010 winner recently announced she is expecting her second baby boy with her fiancé Marius Jensen.
The couple are already parents to their son Frey, two.
Kara told Hello! magazine : "I think this year has brought so many things in different ways. At the beginning of the year I was due to start a play, and now I am at home in a little cocoon and pregnant.
"We really wanted a sibling for Frey. So we said: 'If it happens, it happens; let's go with the flow,' and it happened much quicker than we expected. I did the test in May. We weren't shocked but it was a surprise, and we feel so lucky"
