Pregnant Dani Dyer was left in agony last night after suffering false labour pains weeks before her baby is due.
The Love Island star, 24, is expecting her first child with her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence and she has been swotting up on all the highs and lows of pregnancy.
Her reading came in handy yesterday when she experienced Braxton Hicks contractions, often known as false labour pains, and Dani admits that although they were painful, she knew it was nothing to worry about.
Speaking in a video posted on Instagram, she told fans: "So last night I properly experienced them Braxton Hicks contraction things.
"Honestly there's so much that goes into being pregnant, whoah they were really painful.
"I was like what is this? What is that? But I'm glad I'm literally just nuts and know the ins and outs of an envelope when it comes to pregnancy. But wow they're not very nice."

In a question and answer session with fans, she added: "Always best to get checked if you're scared.
"I read about them in a book weirdly enough yesterday so I felt like I knew exactly what they was when it was happening."
Dani's baby is believed to be due in January so she's likely to become a mum within the next few weeks.

She recently admitted she's feeling pretty "scared" as she prepares for the birth.
The reality star said: "Honestly, I'm so scared now to give birth.
"I've been that person that was like, 'Yeah I'm fine and whatever...giving birth is easy!' and now I'm sitting here like oh my God...
"Knowing that in a month's time there's going to be a baby here, hopefully if I'm not overdue and stuff, I'm just really scared and want tips now."

Dani's pregnancy announcement came just months after her ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham, who she won Love Island with, became a first-time dad himself.
Jack went public with his baby bombshell back in January, revealing he'd become a dad to a little girl named Blossom with an ex he dated after his split from Dani.
He has since congratulated Dani on her own baby news.
