Former Love Island champion Dani, who dated boyfriend Sammy before she shot to fame on ITV show, sent shockwaves through social media after sharing the exciting announcement on Instagram on Tuesday.
Dani, 24, dropped her baby bombshell as she posed alongside Sammy while holding a snapshot of her baby scan.
The reality TV favourite revealed that she was feeling 'lucky and grateful' to be going through this milestone in life with her beau.
The ecstatic mum-to-be wrote in the caption: " Little bubba can’t believe you are going to be ours.
"Me and Sammy are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives, feel so lucky and grateful."
While the loved-up pair have known about their bundle of joy for quite some time, they didn't feel ready to share the announcement with the world until today.
Instead, clever Dani managed to keep everyone else in the dark by continuing to post snaps of their time in lockdown to Instagram - but without revealing her growing bump.
For the past number of weeks, the reality TV siren has been wearing oversized and loose-fitting outfits in a bid to hide her bump.
The blonde beauty often disguised her blossoming bump with a number of clever hand gestures.
In several Instagram photos over the last number of weeks, Dani would place her arm around her waist and tummy so as to not let the cat out of the bag.
During a recent video posted to the social media site, the former Love Islander hid her tummy while sharing a hair tutorial by wearing a pair of high-waisted pants.
She also made sure to film the beauty-related video from the waist in order to keep her growing baby bump a secret.
During a recent retail therapy trip with beau Sammy after lockdown restrictions lifted in the UK, Dani captured a candid shot of herself and her boyfriend posing in front of a mirror in the store.
As the lovebirds posed alongside one another, Dani cleverly disguised her tummy by placing her Louis Vuitton cross-body bag on her bump.
Alongside the sweet snap, she let slip that she and Sammy had an 'exciting day' which certain fans immediately questioned.
Dani penned: "He looks so miserable considering we had a really exciting day today.
"I’ve told sammy he needs to start smiling more in photos so he looks approachable in life but I love him really."
After posting the cryptic caption, a number of fans were curious as to why the pair had such an 'exciting day' during lockdown.
One nosy fan quipped: "Hmmmm I wonder what could have been so exciting? Is there a bun in the oven?".
While a second shared: "I think there might be something that you're not telling us Dani?".
The happy news comes a day after Dani brushed off rumours about her split with Sammy this year.
Dani and the stockbroker split for four weeks back in March before deciding to get back together.
Speaking to OK! magazine about their rocky few months, Dani said: "We didn't even really [break up], it wasn't even a thing. It just got made into a thing."
The on-off pair dated before Dani shot to fame on Love Island 2018 but separated ahead of her stint in the villa.
In her most recent interview, Dani described Sammy as her 'best friend' and said she loved how much he gets on with famous dad Danny Dyer.
She revealed: "We're really good, he's my friend, he's like my best mate…so it just works.
"We really get on he's so easy. It's been pretty chilled."
