Pregnant Charlotte Dawson has reassured fans her baby is fine after a late-night hospital dash.
The 28-year-old reality star shared her worries with fans on her Instagram account after noticing a reduction in movements.
But after racing to hospital, tests showed that the Celebs Go Dating star's unborn son was in good shape.
Charlotte said: "Another bloody little scare today... little man what are you like."
She explained that she had noticed her baby was not moving, but monitors found his heartbeat was strong.
"As soon as I got to hospital on the monitor he bloody moved - typical."
Charlotte, whose famous father Les Dawson died when she was just eight months old, said other tests were not as reassuring, and she needed to "slow down".
"They were happy with his heartbeat but my blood pressure & pulse is sky high so I clearly need to slow down my darlings..."
Charlotte has not had the easiest of pregnancies, having been diagnosed with gestational diabetes - which is high blood sugar that develops during pregnancy and usually disappears after giving birth.
She added: "Can’t wait to meet you little cherub but you need to cook for a chuffin little bit longer!!"
And she reminded any pregnant fans: "Always best to get checked my darlings.."
Charlotte is expecting her first child with boyfriend Matthew Sarsfield.
