The star, 32, donned a burnt orange frock as she made her way to the Today talk show.
She paired her smart outfit with chunky black boots featuring a printed heel and small hoop earrings while out and about.
The plus-size model looked dressed for the occasion while making her way past paparazzi.
Ashley first publicly announced her pregnancy with husband Justin Ervin back in August.
On the day they were celebrating their ninth wedding anniversary - the pair dropped the baby news to mark the occasion.
Stroking her bump, Ashley wrote next to the post: "Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life.
"It has been the best journey with my favorite person in the world!
"Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY!
"Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin Life is about to get even better," she added.
In the video, the pair first tricked fans by only focusing on their faces as they stood outside in the golden sunshine.
"SURPRISE!" Ashley yelled at the camera as it zoomed out to show her growing baby bump.
The pair kissed as Justin tenderly rubbed his wife's stomach and they giggled into the lens.
