Alex Jones has her hospital bag packed and ready ahead of giving birth to her third child later this year.
The One Show presenter took to social media on Tuesday to reveal the final stages of preparation as she's due to welcome her baby girl to the world.
Speaking to the camera, the 44-year-old said: "I thought I should probably start thinking about a hospital bag. Left it a bit late. I just cannot remember what's supposed to go in, even though this is my third."
The BBC star opted for blankets, dummies, comfy pyjamas, toiletries, flip flops and nursing bras to accompany her when she goes into hospital in the coming weeks.
Alex, who announced her third pregnancy live on The One Show back in March, also shared a sweet sentiment behind some of the items travelling with her to give birth.
The star confessed the blankets, one gifted to her by fellow presenter Gabby Logan, had actually previously been used to bring her two sons home from hospital.
With the white baby grows packed being a little on the small side, labelled size 'tiny baby', the mum-to-be explained to her followers that it's because she and husband Charlie Thomson already know their daughter "is gonna be quite small."
On Wednesday, the "pre birth prep" took a more glamorous turn, as the mum-of-two enjoyed a little lunchtime pamper session.
The presenter shared a snap with her Instagram followers, captioned "pre birth prep", as she enjoyed a relaxing pedicure and manicure.
Alex and husband Charlie are already parents to two sons; four-year-old Edward and Kit, two.
Upon announcing the news that a third child was on the way, the TV star referred to her pregnancy as the "best surprise ever" in a sweet post on social media.
The Instagram snap came after Alex made her initial baby news announcement live on The One Show.
She said in March: "It seems like a good time to share some news with everybody, and the crew and the studio.
"Lockdown has been anything but predictable and we've had some really unexpected news.
"Baby number three is on the way!"
She then confirmed she was expecting a baby girl to a delighted studio audience and viewers at home.
Speaking to The Mirror, Alex confessed that she thought the couple's "time had passed" when it came to having another child.
When asked how was she feeling about her pregnancy in July, she replied: "Really excited! It’s a huge gift. Wanting a girl was always something that was there, although I would never have said it because we’re so lucky to have two lovely boys.
"I thought our time had passed to have a girl and that it wasn’t going to happen."
As the mum of two boys, Alex is intrigued to see how her household will change with another female member in the family.
"It’ll be really interesting to see the different dynamics. I’m such a pushover with the boys," she told The Mirror during her chat about her pregnancy.
