Leeds United have five games to secure their Premier League future as a dramatic season draws to a climax. Not much has gone right for the Whites over the last nine months, but they now face a true test of their credentials.
New manager Jesse Marsch has at least got them moving in the right direction, with his side unbeaten in their last five top-flight games. It means Leeds are currently five points ahead of Everton in 18th place, although Frank Lampard's side have a game in hand, with Burnley in 17th, three points behind.
On paper, you would back Leeds to be a Premier League outfit next term, but there's always a caveat. United's next three game are Manchester City (home), Arsenal (away) and Chelsea (home) - an incredibly difficult trio of fixtures.

Then there is goal difference. Leeds' -30 is significantly worse than Burnley (-16) and Everton (-21) should it come down to it. Of course, if Leeds get the wins they need, then goal difference is irrelevant, but where will the points come from?
