A Welsh water feature has been turned into a mass of foam after pranksters poured in bubble bath.
The soapy suds have spread around the fountain near the clock tower and SeaQuarium on West Parade in Rhyl .
The frothy sight has caught the attention of residents and visitors alike, according to North Wales Live .
