- The Marie Curie charity has launched a new campaign featuring poignant life advice shared by terminally ill patients.
- Capital radio DJ Kemi Rodgers met with Marie Curie nurses, who showcased placards adorned with patient wisdom at a Superdrug store in London.
- The advice includes embracing the present, prioritising loved ones over excessive work, using money to create happy moments, and not letting worry consume one's time.
- Patients also highlighted the importance of forgiveness, expressing feelings, and engaging in small acts of self-care to maintain identity and dignity.
- The 'Purchase For Marie Curie Nurses' campaign runs from 22 April to 19 May, aiming to raise £200,000 to fund over 8,500 hours of the charity's end-of-life care.
