Dozens of homes have been left without power this morning in the west end of Glasgow.
Partick is one of the neighborhoods affected, with SP Energy Networks saying they became aware of the issue shortly before 10am this morning (Monday).
Engineers are now working on the problem, in the hope power is back up and running by noon.
A statement on the SP Energy Networks site reads: "There is a power cut affecting the G14 and G11 postcode areas of Glasgow.
"We did not know in advance there would be a power cut, and became aware of this at 9.56am.
"Our control centre will attempt to reset the network remotely to restore power in stages, and our emergency response team are on their way to site to investigate the cause of the fault.
"Our team will work to get your power back on as quickly and as safely as possible by 12 noon.
"Once they arrive, or when we receive any update regarding the cause, we will be able to provide you with more information.
"We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."
