Officers are appealing for information after potentially dangerous prescribed medication was stolen from a car in Bulwell.
The theft happened at Logan Street in Bulwell between 11.30pm on May 15 and 11am on May 16.
Police Constable Xanthe Spencer is leading the investigation. She said: "Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who has information or who may live in the area and heard or saw anything suspicious to contact police immediately.
“I would like to discourage anyone from purchasing any medication offered and would urge anyone who may be offered these to contact police immediately."
